Jenna completed her Bachelors in Clinical Kinesiology at Western University in London, Ontario. She will be continuing her education at Queen’s University in the Master of Physical Therapy program with the class of 2026.

During Jenna’s fourth year of university, she completed a full-year practicum at an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation unit, working alongside a Kinesiologist. In this position, she worked with younger and older adults with various cardiac impairments allowing her to hone her skills in client-centered care. Jenna also has expertise in the realm of orthopedic physiotherapy having volunteered with a physiotherapist for two summers as a physiotherapy assistant. Here, Jenna gained clinical experience in a private practice setting with people of varying ages, as well as physical and mental capabilities.

Jenna is passionate about spreading awareness of the benefits of exercise for physical and mental health. As an executive member of the Exercise is Medicine club at Western University for three years, she collaborated with a team of students to lead campus health and fitness initiatives. Through this experience Jenna was able to help students achieve overall wellness by implementing an exercise regime that was accommodating to a busy university schedule.

In her spare time, Jenna loves to stay active through hiking, running, traveling, camping, and walking her dog. Her favourite sport is soccer having played competitively for many years.
