I just went for an orientation session and wow…. I love the feeling of exercising in water. After years of wear and tear on my body I find that the “usual” gym activities only add more stress to already worn out joints and in the water I feel rejuvenated as I exercise. The next day I signed up for a membership and 5 sessions just to get started. So glad to have discovered a new way to exercise that’s both safe and fun.
