This program is for the individual athlete or weekend warrior trying to improve upon overall fitness and mechanics, with the focus being on analysis, corrective exercises, land and water work.
Whether you are in your competitive season and need to be game ready or in your off season and recovering from injury or overuse, then you need a program that leads to an injury prevention program and improved performance.
This program is an individualized program that is geared to:
- sport injury rehab
- return to sport and game ready
The individual training program incorporates:
- Movement quality screen (FMS, Y-Balance, LESS, BEST)
- Muscle activation techniques
- Anti-gravity treadmill
- Muscle strength testing
- Core stabilization
- Myofascial release

If you are recovering from surgery and need rehab to be sport ready, then you can benefit from both land and water therapy.
