Your training at LiquidGym can take many forms from both in-water and land sessions.
Before becoming a LiquidGym member – attend a free-30 minute orientation session. The orientation session provides in-water instruction on the safe use and training methods of the underwater treadmills, underwater bikes or the endless pool swim current. Orientations are by appointment only and are provided on an individual basis.
