The Ottawa Hospital Foundation – THE RIDE

 LiquidGym was again the official therapy provider for The Ride. Supporting over 700 riders many with riders suffering from rider ailments – cramps, lactic acid build up, sore shoulders – LiquidGym was there to help ease the pain and discomfort. It was a great day for The Ottawa Hospital Foundation – the largest fundraising event in Eastern Ontario.
