On Saturday, June 11, 2022, Muscular Dystrophy Canada (MDC) hosted their virtual event WALK4MD that was shared with all participants nationwide.
It was a great day with activities planned throughout the day ending with the virtual walk in communities across Canada.
Kolton’s goal was to raised as much money as possible to support research for the cure of Bethlem Myopathy.
The best part!! All gifts raised through “Team Kolton” are designated specifically for Bethlem Myopathy Research!!

So far, “Team Kolton” has raised a whopping $19,116.00.
What an incredible amount of money!!!! Donations came from Washington, California, Colorado, Florida, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Ontario.

Tuesday August 9, 2022, Kolton had a visit from Jennifer Williams, CFRE and Vice President, Philanthropy, Muscular Dystrophy Canada. She presented Kolton with a ‘Challenge Coin’ on behalf of the Fire Fighters, for his successful Walk4MD.
Jennifer also told Kolton that all money raised in his name is going towards research specific to his condition, Bethlem Myopathy.
