  • REHABILITATION

What Training Components Are Important For Developing Golf Fitness?

  • IMPROVE MOBILITY AND BALANCE
  • OPTIMIZE POWER
  • BUILD STRENGTH
  • PREVENT AND REHABILITATE INJURIES

1.   IMPROVE MOBILITY AND BALANCE

Two very important components of the golf swing. Allowing you to be more comfortable during your swing, will increase your ability to swing harder, faster and hit further.

2.   OPTIMIZE POWER

Increased ball and club head speed comes from the ability to be explosive. Learn to generate more power through proper weight transfer and activation of the lower body and core.

3.   BUILD STRENGTH

Increase your total body strength, joint stability, walking endurance, prevent injuries and decrease fatigue. Improving you on and off the course.

4.   PREVENT AND REHABILITATE INJURIES

Golfers are prone to overuse injuries, especially in the elbows, low-back and shoulders. Learn exercises to help prevent and rehabilitate common injuries.
