Taylor completed her BSc in Human Kinetics with an emphasis in biophysical science from the University of Ottawa.

During Taylor’s fourth year of university, she completed a full-year internship with a physiotherapy clinic specializing in neurological conditions. In this position, she worked with physiotherapists both in-clinic and at-home to assist clients of all ages with varying physical and mental abilities.

Taylor is passionate about the benefits of mobility and physical activity. In university, she was the president of the Exercise is Medicine Club at the University of Ottawa and worked alongside her team to promote exercise and wellness to her fellow students and community.

As an ex-hockey player, she now spends her free time weightlifting, walking her dog, going on bike rides, skating along the canal, and occasionally rock climbs. She believes in finding a mix of exercise and play in order to stay happy and healthy.
