Kristen earned her degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College in 2008, where she developed the skill set to assess and treat different populations, tailoring her treatment programs to meet the needs of each client through manual therapy, education and exercise prescription. Kristen has worked with a variety of varsity level athletes as a part of the Athletic Therapy team for Algonquin College for the past 8 years. She has also had the opportunity to provide first aid and therapy services to athletes taking part in the Canadian Ultimate Championship as well as the Youth Beach Volleyball National Championship. Recently she was also a part of the medical team responsible for administering pre-season medicals to the Canadian Junior National Men’s Basketball Team. As a former competitive soccer player, a highlight for Kristen was being a part of the Women’s FIFA World Cup when it came to Canada in 2015, providing first aid services to teams during practices. Kristen is a compassionate and enthusiastic Athletic Therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care to her clients.
